Night is taken from Ludovico Einaudi's album ‘Elements’. Groundbreaking composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi – whose unique musical style is renowned around the world – released ‘Elements’ in 2015. Recorded at Einaudi’s Italian home, ‘Elements’ features 12 tracks, which interweave piano, strings, percussion, guitar and electronica and it is simultaneously exhilarating and transcendent. It is inspired by nature’s elements, mathematical and scientific elements, musical forms and works of art.

Ludovico Einaudi

Ludovico Einaudi (1955) is an Italian neoclassical pianist and composer. Having studied composition in Milan and subsequently with Luciano Berio, he produced a number of chamber, orchestral and dance theatre works in the 1980s. In the mid-1990s, he started to write film soundtracks and released his solo debut album “Le Onde” (1996). Einaudi celebrated massive success with piano pieces that incorporated electronic influences, such as “I Giorni” (2001), “Nightbook” (2009), and “In A Time Lapse” (2013).
