Kelly Lee Owens (1988) is a Welsh electronic music producer. Owens combines elements of techno, electronica, dream pop and experimental music. Growing up in a small village in Wales, she moved to Manchester to work as a nurse and then to London to pursue a music career. Between 2016 and 2022, she released three albums and five EPs on Norwegian label Smalltown Supersound, to critical acclaim. In 2021, she wrote the theme song for the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand (“Unity”).
