Akira Kosemura (1985) is a Japanese composer and pianist. Growing up in Tokyo, Kosemura started playing piano at age three, but is completely self-taught as an artist. Soon he developed an interest for film composition and started his recording career in 2007, writing music for TV series, movies, games, stage and commercials. Most of his music centres around the piano, but he’s been adding vocals, electronics, winds and strings to his sound palette in recent years.
