Snorri Hallgrimsson

Snorri Hallgrímsson is an Icelandic composer and producer. A choral singer and classically trained guitar player, he studied composition at the Iceland Academy of the Arts and at Berklee College of Music. Since his debut album “Orbit” in 2018, Hallgrimsson has been combining cinematic post-classical sounds with electronic elements, creating atmospheric film soundtracks and collaborating with Vikingur Ólafsson and Ólafur Arnalds. For Deutsche Grammophon, he reworked an Erik Satie piece.
