Sophie Hutchings is an Australian pianist and composer, drawing inspiration from the beauty of the natural world and the expansive landscape of her native country. Since 2010, the avid surfer has released eight studio albums of critical acclaim, with “Scattered On The Wind” (2020) being her debut on Mercury KX, following it up with “Echoes In The Valley” (2021) and “A World Outside” (2023). In addition to her solo recordings, she has composed for film (“Baby Teeth”, “True Spirit”) and toured internationally.
