Clearly

Roger Eno

"When I was first approached to conceptualise a video for “Clearly”, I was drawn to the repeated piano note and string swells. Both the title and atmosphere of the piece have a simplicity and openness to them, as well as an ebb and flow, which are reflected in the exposed piano hammers and sweeping gestures. I thought about idioms related to the word “Clearly” - seeing clearly, clear as day, crystal clear - all of which conjured an image of a light, minimal space...” - Cecily Eno
